My Editing Process
Step 01
Editing & ENhancement
After your session, I carefully review every photo, selecting the best shots that capture authentic expressions, great composition, and the overall essence of the session. From there, I refine the collection to ensure only the strongest, fun, and most meaningful images are included.
Step 02
Selection & Refinement
This is where the magic happens! I start with basic adjustments to exposure, color, and composition. Then, I dive into detailed retouching--- removing blemishes, smoothing skin naturally, and enhancing my subjects to accentuate features and bring out your best while keeping everything authentic to you.
Step 03
Final Touches & Gallery Curation
Before delivering your gallery, I do a final review to ensure every image meets my standards. I check for balance, consistency in color, tone and style, and variety, making sure your gallery tells a cohesive story with a polished, professional finish. Once this is done, your final images are delivered in a secure, high-resolution online gallery, perfect for downloading, sharing, or printing.
For every hour of shooting, photographers do over nine hours of work that is unseen. This includes planning the shoot, scouting unique locations, and thoughtfully communicating with clients to bring their vision to life. Afterwards comes the editing process—transforming raw images into polished works of art through meticulous attention to detail, color grading, and storytelling, ensuring each photo reflects the client's unique story and style.
